Incident Definitions

* Critical incident: A production-blocking issue where the Critter Stack library is not functioning as documented, causing significant impact to your application or users.

** Non-critical incident: A question, guidance request, or issue that is not blocking production — including architectural advice, performance tuning, configuration help, and feature requests.
